While making this ornament, I couldn't help but reminisce about skating at the ice-skating rink in town using a rented pair of ice skates. Eventually I got my own pair, but oh what fun it was! Friends and family whirling around the rink, holding hands, singing, and Christmas music over the loudspeakers!
