SHIPPING
Most orders shipped within 24 hours. Pixel Boutique Decor ships using the United State Postal Service (USPS) Although mailing rates continue to increase, we continue to ship certain items for free. Your shopping cart will show you the options available for shipping. Standard Shipping does not provide for the option of package tracking.
All items available for purchase come with the convenience of free shipping, regardless of weight. It is important to note that while I advertise free shipping, the reality is that someone bears this cost. To maintain transparency, I have incorporated an estimated shipping cost into my prices, ensuring fair and accurate pricing without overcharging. Even for lightweight items like earrings or decals, the average shipping cost is around $4. Some products are heavier to ship and requires additional packaging which impacts overall costs. For those residing locally, I am happy to extend a discount for convenient pickup. Your satisfaction and trust in my shipping practices are of utmost importance, and I am committed to providing a seamless and cost-effective shipping experience for all customers.
For standard delivery to U.S. addresses, please allow 7 to 10 business days for items to arrive. Orders selecting the Standard shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground. We do not ship to Hawaii, Armed Forces (AA, AE, AP), American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or US Minor Outlying Islands. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, can be shipped by Priority delivery in 2 to 3 business days within the U.S. for the additional cost.
Sorry, no C.O.D’s.

DELIVERY
Unfortunately, there is an occasional delivery problem and most often, it is a result of an incorrect mailing address entered by the customer. While I am sympathetic, I’m not responsible for mail delays or lost deliveries due to an incorrect shipping address. I will not issue a refund, in part or in full, due to an item not arriving by a certain date. Any items stolen from mailbox or lost by recipient are NOT the responsibility of Pixel Boutique. Items marked as “delivered” will be considered delivered & will not be refunded or replaced. Any items actually lost by the postal service will, however, be investigated by Pixel Boutique.
If your package is returned to me due to an incorrect mailing address:
I will NOT remake the item and re-send it in order to expedite the process
However, once the package arrives back to me- then I will re-send it.
If it’s returned due to an incorrect address- the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. It will not be re-sent until this fee is paid.
Please check your “Ship to” address carefully, as this is the address that gets printed on the shipping label.
We will NOT edit the shipping address. If an order is placed with the wrong shipping info- we will cancel the order so you can replace it with the correct address. This avoids any mistakes or confusion on my side of things. It also protects both you and us, should anything happen during shipping.

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or restrict (stop any active) processing of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you provide to us. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
15. WHAT THIRD PARTIES WE RECEIVE DATA FROM:
Google Analytics
Data Used: Please refer to the appropriate Google Analytics documentation for the specific type of data it collects. Purchase events will send Google Analytics the following information: order number, product id and name, product category, total cost, and quantity of items purchased.
Activity Tracked: This feature sends page view events (and potentially video play events) over to Google Analytics for consumption. Events include: shopping cart additions and removals, product listing views and clicks, product detail views, and purchases.
WordPress.com Stats
Data Used: IP address, WordPress.com user ID (if logged in), WordPress.com username (if logged in), user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code. Important: The site owner does not have access to any of this information via this feature. For example, a site owner can see that a specific post has 285 views, but he/she cannot see which specific users/accounts viewed that post. Stats logs — containing visitor IP addresses and WordPress.com usernames (if available) — are retained by Automattic for 28 days and are used for the sole purpose of powering this feature.
Activity Tracked: Post and page views, video plays (if videos are hosted by WordPress.com), outbound link clicks, referring URLs and search engine terms, and country. When this module is enabled, Jetpack also tracks performance on each page load that includes the Javascript file used for tracking stats. This is exclusively for aggregate performance tracking across Jetpack sites in order to make sure that our plugin and code is not causing performance issues. This includes the tracking of page load times and resource loading duration (image files, Javascript files, CSS files, etc.). The site owner has the ability to force this feature to honor DNT settings of visitors. By default, DNT is currently not honored.
Search
Data Used: Any of the visitor-chosen search filters and query data in order to process a search request on the WordPress.com servers
Infinite Scroll
Data Used: In order to record page views via WordPress.com Stats (which must be enabled for page view tracking here to work) with additional loads, the following information is used: IP address, WordPress.com user ID (if logged in), WordPress.com username (if logged in), user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code.
Activity Tracked: Page views will be tracked with each additional load (i.e. when you scroll down to the bottom of the page and a new set of posts loads automatically). If the site owner has enabled Google Analytics to work with this feature, a page view event will also be sent to the appropriate Google Analytics account with each additional load.

Hi! I’m NJ and I started an online business in 2001 selling products which focused on Celtic and Bagpiping designs (piperspixels.com) I opened this new online business, Pixel Boutique Décor, in January 2018, because customers love our products, but wanted other choices. We listened to our customers. Pixel Boutique is our small retail store that evolved out of our passion to create many products with colorful pixels (picture elements). Visually, I like lots of color on objects, thus, most of my designs are created with colorful blends and fabricated onto our items for sale. Our past customers love our work, and we know you will too. We care about you, and we think you’ll see this in what we do. Most of the images and designs are created by me, so you may find products that are unique! Each item is handcrafted with quality and care.
Our Mission……
Our goal is to provide you with superior quality items, excellent customer service, and products at a competitive price! More items will become available soon.
Company Profile…
An online handcrafting store dedicated to providing our customers high quality designs and products.
